About Fran

Fran is an innovative, creative and analytical problem solver with extensive experience leading cross disciplinary teams in agile environments. She has experience collaborating with business stakeholders, clients and development teams to define, conceptualize, design and validate product experiences.

Her creativity abilities, technical expertise and business sense have successfully delivered digital products from idea to market in fast-moving product driven contexts. She uses her superior interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organization skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously.


By applying Design Thinking and Lean Startup Methodologies she builds and shares empathy with people in order to deeply understand them and their needs.

Awarded 1st place at Innovaton 2014 by the Teleton Foundation and Socialab. Teleton Foundation is the largest and most innovative rehabilitation center of Chile with over 13 institutes all over the country, rehabilitating over 30,000 patients each year. With the "Innovaton" initiative they seek to find the top 3 most innovative technological solutions that improve quality of life for people with disabilities.
